Cancellation, Refund & Shipping Policy

At SĀKYA Naturopathic Hospital & Fertility Centre by SĀKYA Integrative Medical Services LLP, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our webinars, consultations, and treatment programs. Refunds are handled as follows:

1. Webinars

• Registration fees for webinars are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend a live webinar, a recorded version may be made available for the next 24 hours, or you may be allowed to attend the next webinar on the same topic at no additional cost.

2. Consultations

• Refunds for consultations with our practitioners are available only if the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
• For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, a refund may not be possible.

3. Treatment Programs

Our treatment programs involve a comprehensive service that requires significant investment of time, planning, and resources from our team.

• You may opt for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the services.
• Refunds will be processed after the following deductions:
  • 2% processing fee
  • Payment Gateway charges (as per gateway norms)
  • 18% GST
• To be eligible, refund requests must be submitted by contacting our support team within 14 days of purchase.

Additional Terms and Conditions

• Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and payment method.
• Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been completed.
• Refunds will not be issued if the patient/client is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
• Practitioners reserve the right to discontinue or cancel a program if they determine it is not beneficial to continue. In such cases, the client/patient will only be responsible for the pro-rata cost of services received.

Processing and Timelines

• Refund requests must be submitted to info@sakyahealth.com with your name, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of SĀKYA Naturopathic Hospital & Fertility Centre management.
